We are excited to welcome you to our in-office “Lunch & Learn” event (“Event”). Alcoholic beverages may be served. Please drink responsibly, and if you consume alcohol, we encourage you to make arrangements for safe transportation. Participation is limited to individuals twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By signing below, you agree to the following:

This Waiver and Release of Liability (“Agreement”) is entered into between the undersigned (“Participant”) and Bay to Bay Stone Restoration Inc. (“Bay to Bay”), in relation to the Participant’s attendance at the Event.

Age Verification. The Participant affirms that he or she is at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

Voluntary Consumption. The Participant understands that the consumption of alcoholic beverages during the Event is entirely voluntary. The Participant assumes full responsibility for choosing to consume alcohol and for any consequences that may result.

Assumption of Risk. The Participant acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with consuming alcohol, including but not limited to the risk of injury, illness, accident, or property damage. The Participant voluntarily assumes these risks as a condition of participation in the Event.

Release of Liability. In consideration of being permitted to participate, the Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless Bay to Bay, its owners, employees, officers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or relating to the Participant’s participation in the Event, including but not limited to any injury, illness, accident, property damage, or other harm that may occur as a result of consuming alcoholic beverages, including but not limited to claims based on the negligence of Bay to Bay, its owners, employees, officers, or agents.

Impaired Driving Warning. The Participant acknowledges the importance of safety and the risks associated with impaired driving. The Participant agrees to refrain from operating any vehicle if impaired by alcohol. The Participant further commits to utilizing alternative forms of transportation if there is any doubt as to their ability to safely operate a vehicle.

By signing below, the Participant confirms that they have read and fully understand this Waiver and Release of Liability, and that they sign it voluntarily.
