At Bay to Bay, we understand that the best relationships are built face to face. Our Lunch & Learn program brings the Bay to Bay Team directly to your office. Complete with a gourmet lunch, we take just under an hour to showcase an in-depth presentation, ending with a conversation tailored to your project / project manager's needs. It's our way of showing up for our clients & partners in a way that goes beyond the job site.

Lunch & learn FAQ's
Answers before your schedule...
"How long is a Lunch & Learn?"
Our preferred duration for our Lunch & Learns is 45 to 60 minutes. We also suggest hosting a Lunch & Learn during the lunch hour; nothing brings a captive audience like a gourmet lunch! Our set up and break down in only 15 minutes.
"How many staff can attend?"
We have built our Lunch & Learn program to service anywhere from four leadership members to 15-20 of your staff when going on-premise. If you have a larger group, we are happy to attempt to facilitate within the best of our abilities. We also offer large-scale groups to schedule, with much advanced notice, a Lunch & Learn in-house at our Sunrise, Florida location.
"How quickly can I schedule, or. what is the lead time?"
We require a two week notice to set up our Lunch & Learns and schedule the appropriate staff in attendance. However, we wouldn't be Bay to Bay if we didn't put the client first! We will attempt to accommodate as needed depending on our capacity, booking calendar, and the available schedules of our team and Biz.Dev. leadership.
"Are there any day and time restrictions?"
Our goal is to best suit your needs first and foremost. However, we schedule our Lunch & Learn's on days where most of the staff can be present at your location, with the best days being Tuesday to Thursday. We understand that lunch time can be especially busy for staff in the field, and can be the only break of the day for office staff between meetings and workload, but we do typically prefer lunch hours. Our cut off time during the day is typically 2:30PM, and we can start as early as necessary in the morning.
