Holman Automotive opens Miami's newest Porsche Dealership, an advanced, car-lovers compound of amazing machinery and fun. The North Miami store features the brand’s signature Porsche Design Concept, combining contemporary architecture and technology to create what the auto group calls an ultra-luxury experience. Designed by FSMY Architects + Planners, the new dealership showroom and Porsche brand center boasts a 40,000sqft showroom, with over 600 garage spaces, 50 bays, and a whopping 80,000sqft service area.

The contracted builders of the recently opened project is Miller Construction, who launched the build and broke ground in 2023. Miller contracted Bay to Bay for numerous flooring solutions throughout the interior, exterior, and service/garage areas. Bay to Bay laid new epoxy in the compressor rooms, thousands of square feet of polished concrete in the decorative bays, thousands of square feet of decorative epoxy, service bay striping, and more.

The dealership has now opened and is a buzz of news for South Florida and Porsche lovers everywhere. Awards for the completion of this project for the sub-contractors who assisted Miller in completing the project are being announced soon, and Bay to Bay is proudly a front-runner for receiving these based on the services rendered.
