On Saturday July 19th, Bay to Bay Youth Boxing Education Foundation launched their inaugural Back to School Book Bag giveaway, serving over 700 children in the community of Pompano Beach, Florida. BTBYBF, for short, is a member of the Bay to Bay Boxing Family, a division of the greater BTB family founded by CEO and President, Jeffrey Poritz.

Surrounded by several local news outlets, the event was a successful community outreach program which served the underprivileged children necessary and costly school supplies for the upcoming year. Supplies were donated by the charity themselves, with Bay to Bay Resinous Coatings & Waterproofing donating 1,000 back packs for the school supplies to be stored in. Back packs were provided in size and spec per the communities school supply list, and were gifted to parents based on their child's grade requirements.

While within the same family under the BTB umbrella, Bay to Bay RC & WP has committed to maintaining major sponsorship for BTBYBF, with employees of the construction company even donating time and monetary gifts to support the foundations causes.
