Urethane Cement Flooring is a durable and high-performance material created by combining urethane (polyurethane) with cement. This unique blend results in a robust surface known for its ability to withstand heavy foot traffic, impact, and abrasion, making it particularly suitable for industrial and commercial environments. The flooring offers excellent chemical resistance against acids, alkalis, oils, and solvents, making it ideal for facilities where exposure to harsh chemicals is common. Its seamless construction ensures hygienic conditions by preventing the accumulation of bacteria or contaminants. Additionally, urethane cement floors provide thermal shock resistance, quick cure times, slip resistance, and the flexibility for customization in terms of colors and finishes, making them a versatile and popular choice for demanding applications.
Included often is the integral epoxy cove base, this is a durable epoxy coating seamlessly transitioning from the floor to the wall in a curved, cove-like profile. Its benefits include exceptional durability, easy maintenance, and resistance to chemicals, making it ideal for environments where hygiene and longevity are crucial, such as laboratories and healthcare facilities.
